Jackson Hole Group Logistics Checklist

Save this before anyone gets on the plane.

1. Save St. John’s Health: 625 East Broadway. Emergency department is open 24 hours. Life-threatening calls are 911.
2. Save urgent care: St. John’s at Smith’s Plaza, 1415 South Highway 89, (307) 739-8999.
3. If you are flying private, file the overnight prior permission with Jackson Hole Flight Services, (307) 733-4767, or through FlightBridge.
4. Costco is not in Wyoming. Stop in Idaho Falls only if that is already your airport. It is about 90 miles from the valley.
5. For delivery, use Albertsons at 105 Buffalo Way, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Read a stocking service’s fee before you send a long list.
6. Town sits at 6,237 feet. Water boils near 200°F. Use the high-altitude line on the cake box, and keep day one easy for grandparents.
7. Bear spray cannot fly in a checked bag or a carry-on. Rent it after you land, in season.
8. Sunday alcohol sales are allowed at licensed grocery stores in Wyoming.
